Personal Vehicle TOS

These terms and policies govern the use of all personal vehicles within our platform. Violation of these terms may result in vehicle restrictions, removal, or delays in vehicle provisioning.

1. Content Compliance

Your personal vehicle must not contain any branded assets, designs, or content that violates our Terms of Service, including but not limited to:

• Copyrighted materials used without permission
• Inappropriate imagery or text
• Content that violates community guidelines

2. Vehicle Functionality Requirements

You may not operate a personal vehicle that is in a "broken" state unless explicitly authorized by Ownership or Development Leads. A vehicle is considered "broken" if it exhibits any of the following:

• Game-breaking functionality: Causes crashes, server instability, or disrupts other users' experiences
• Restriction failures: Lacks proper access controls or contains incorrectly configured restrictions
• Other critical malfunctions: Any other aspect that compromises the vehicle's intended operation or platform stability

3. Prohibited Use and Abuse

Abuse of your personal vehicle is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

• Exploiting vehicle features for unintended purposes
• Using vehicles to circumvent platform restrictions or rules
• Engaging in activities that negatively impact other users' experiences
• Using vehicles in ways that violate community guidelines

4. Modification Policy

Personal vehicle modifications are restricted and must be performed through authorized channels only:

• All modifications require approval and implementation by internal developers
• Vehicle tokens must be used for any authorized modifications
• Unauthorized modifications will result in vehicle removal
• Users may not attempt to modify vehicles independently

5. Platform Rights and Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Remove, disable, or restrict access to any personal vehicle at any time
• Take action for any reason deemed necessary to maintain platform integrity
• Modify these terms with appropriate notice to users
• Investigate reported violations and take appropriate disciplinary action

6. Violation Consequences

Violations of these terms may result in:

• Warning: Initial notice for minor infractions
• Temporary restriction: Limited vehicle access for a specified period
• Vehicle removal: Permanent removal of the specific vehicle
• Account restrictions: Broader limitations on personal vehicle privileges
• Permanent ban: Complete removal of personal vehicle access rights

7. Reporting and Appeals

• Users may report suspected violations to the appropriate moderation channels
• Appeals for enforcement actions may be submitted through official support channels
• All decisions by Ownership and Development Leads are considered final
