Custom Map TOS

These terms apply to all purchased MLO and YMAP packages within Civilized Roleplay.

By purchasing or using an MLO/YMAP package, you agree to these terms in addition to our main Contribution & Refund Policy.

Violation of these terms may result in removal, restrictions, or loss of access without refund.

1. Content Compliance

All MLOs and YMAPs must comply with our community rules and platform standards.

You may not use or submit any MLO/YMAP that contains:

• Copyrighted or licensed content without permission

• Branded or trademarked assets

• Offensive, inappropriate, or prohibited material

• Content that violates FiveM, Rockstar, or Tebex policies

If your MLO/YMAP breaches these standards, it may be removed immediately.

2. Stability & Functionality Requirements

Your MLO/YMAP must be stable and properly configured.

It must not:

• Cause server crashes or instability

• Create FPS drops or major performance issues

• Interfere with other scripts or systems

• Break interiors, collisions, or player interactions

If an MLO/YMAP negatively affects server performance or player experience, we may disable or remove it without notice.

3. Restrictions & Access Control

All MLOs must follow the access restrictions approved at purchase.

You may not:

• Bypass role restrictions

• Share access with unauthorised players

• Use the MLO for unintended gameplay advantages

Improper configuration or abuse may result in removal.

4. Modification Policy

All MLO/YMAP edits or adjustments must go through authorised developers.

• You may not modify files independently

• You may not inject your own changes

• All updates must be approved and implemented internally

Unauthorised modifications will result in removal of the MLO without refund.

5. Platform Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Remove or disable any MLO/YMAP at any time

• Adjust placement, access, or configuration

• Deny uploads that do not meet our standards

• Modify these terms when necessary

We act in the interest of server stability and fairness.

6. Violations & Enforcement

Breaching these terms may result in:

• Warning

• Temporary restriction

• Permanent removal of the MLO

• Loss of eligibility to purchase future custom assets

• Account sanctions

All decisions made by Ownership and Development Leads are final.

7. No Refunds

If an MLO/YMAP is removed due to:

• Rule violations

• Stability concerns

• Abuse

• Community safety concerns

• Account action

You will not receive a refund or reinstatement.

7. Digital Goods & No Refunds

All MLO and YMAP packages are digital, non-tangible goods.

Access is granted upon successful payment.

Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or reversals once access has been delivered.

If your MLO/YMAP is removed due to rule violations, stability concerns, abuse, or account action, you will not receive compensation or reinstatement.
