Civilized Roleplay raises funds online to support and improve our FiveM community. By making a purchase or contribution through our webstore, you agree to the terms below.

We may update these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them before making a purchase.

1. No Refunds

All contributions are final.

Once a payment has been completed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Please make sure you select the correct package and enter your details correctly before checking out.

Mistakes during checkout create administrative work and delays. Double-check everything before confirming your purchase.

2. Currency & Payments

All Tebex transactions are processed in Great British Pounds (GBP).

If you are paying in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or additional fees. We are not responsible for any currency conversion charges.

3. How Contributions Are Used

All funds generated through the webstore are reinvested into Civilized Roleplay.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Server hosting and infrastructure

• Development and scripting

• Community improvements

• Staff and operational costs

Your support helps maintain and grow the network.

4. Package Removal & Adjustments

We reserve the right to:

• Remove any package from an account

• Modify package contents

• Adjust webstore pricing

• Discontinue packages

This may happen without prior notice.

If a package is removed for any reason - including rule violations, leaving the community, or account action - it will not be restored or refunded.

5. Changes to the Webstore

We may change, replace, or remove webstore packages at any time.

You are not entitled to compensation, restoration, or notification if a package changes or is discontinued.

6. Agreement to Terms

By making a purchase on our webstore, you confirm that:

• You understand all purchases are final

• You agree to this policy

• You accept that packages may change or be removed

Additional Package Terms

Some packages on our webstore have their own additional terms and conditions. These apply alongside this main policy.

By purchasing any of the following packages, you agree to both:

1. This Contribution & Refund Policy

2. The specific terms attached to that package

If there is any conflict between this policy and a package’s specific terms, the package-specific terms will take priority.
